CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT

Job description
Conduct financial and business analysis to assess the company's performance across key KPIs, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement.

Analyse financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, on a monthly basis after closing and prepare management reports.

Monitor actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts, and explain variances.

Prepare regular financial reports for the regional management as well as for corporate reporting as per the group guidelines.

Review contracts for compliance with financial policies, assess associated risks, and negotiate cost-effective terms with vendors to optimise outcomes.

Present financial information and analysis to various stakeholders, including the preparation of presentations for board meetings, monthly reviews, and management committee meetings.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop financial plans aligned with business goals and provide support to optimise revenue generation and cost management.

Support internal and external audits by assisting in planning, documentation preparation, inquiry addressing, and the timely implementation of audit recommendations.

Conduct periodic stock audits to ensure the accuracy of inventory records and reconcile physical counts with system records through collaboration with warehouse and logistics teams.

Do all the statutory compliances.

Oversee accounting activities and taxation matters, including overseas (foreign offices) and different group companies.
Experience Requirements:
Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant

Must have 5-7 years of financial controller experience

Must have strong analytical and communication skills

Must be proficient in MS Excel and accounting software. Experience in Microsoft Dynamics will be an added advantage.

Should be willing to travel domestically and internationally as and when required for site visits and other business requirements.
Educational Qualifications:
Achieved a minimum of 70% and above in mathematics in 10th grade.
